Podgorica, (MINA) - Acting Director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) Dusan Drakic did not receive the necessary support from members of the ASK Council to be elected director of the Agency for a full term.

The ASK stated in a press release that at the Thursday session of the Council, an interview with Drakic was organized.

According to the press release, the second candidate, Mithat Kuc, informed the Council that he was withdrawing from the selection procedure.

“After the vote, it was established that the candidate Dusan Drakic did not receive the necessary majority of the votes from the Council members to be elected to the position of director of the Agency”, the press release said.
