Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Employment Office will continue to develop programmes tailored to the needs of employers and citizens, relying on its own experience and the application of modern European practices, said the institution’s Director, David Percobic.
At the 14th MAS – Andragogical Conference, held in Brela, Croatia, he stated that the Employment Office’s experience in implementing training, retraining, and employment support programmes is a significant resource for the further development of effective and sustainable solutions in this field.
“This is one of the most important regional conferences in the field of adult education, bringing together representatives of relevant institutions, public employment services, experts, and decision-makers from the region and the European Union, with the aim of improving the adult education system and linking it with the labour market,” the Employment Office said in a press release.
Participants exchanged experiences on the development of quality assurance systems in adult education, the alignment of education programmes with qualification frameworks, the evaluation of learning outcomes, as well as the application of modern approaches, including digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence.
“Particular focus was placed on linking adult education with labour market needs and employment policies, which is of direct importance for the work of the Employment Office, particularly in the implementation of active labour market measures, the development of training and retraining programmes, and the more efficient use of EU support funds,” the press release said.
