Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Customs Administration is continuously working on modernizing the customs system, with a particular focus on digitalizing procedures and increasing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of services for users.

“The Customs Decision System (CDS) is in the final stage of development and will soon be launched,” the Customs Administration posted on its website.

As they explained, this system marks a major step forward in the digital transformation of customs procedures and will enable electronic processing of customs decisions, along with faster and more efficient communication between customs authorities and other stakeholders.

In addition to the CDS, further digitalization of request processing has been enabled for individuals involved in customs procedures through solutions implemented by the Ministry of Public Administration.

Through the eUprava portal, users can submit and track certain requests electronically, reducing administrative burdens and speeding up procedures.
