Corporate Law Summit to be held Thursday

Corporate Law Summit to be held Thursday

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The first Corporate Law Summit, dedicated to topics that directly affect company operations and decision-making in a modern regulatory environment, will be held on Thursday at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.

The event will bring together key representatives of the business and legal communities, serving as a platform to address issues that directly impact business performance, investment decisions, and the long-term stability of companies.

The summit is organized by AMM Academy in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG), with the support of the Association of Montenegrin Managers.

The organizers stated in a press release that the Montenegrin economy is entering a phase in which the legal framework is no longer a formality, adding that In the process of intensive alignment with the European Union’s legal framework, the way laws are implemented is becoming just as important as what they prescribe.

“In practice, the difference between what the law stipulates and how it is applied often means the difference between a successful investment and business risk. In such an environment, the key question is no longer what the law says, but how it functions in real business operations,” the press release reads.
