Commission formed to regulate relations with Croatia regarding Jadran ship

 

Podgorica, (MINA) - The Government of Montenegro has established a Commission for regulate relations with Croatia regarding the status of the training ship Jadran, while its president will be Defense Minister Dragan Krapovic.

 

During the Government’s session on Thursday, a proposal to establish the Commission for regulating relations with the Republic of Croatia regarding the status of the training ship Jadran as a cultural, historical and military symbol of Montenegro was adopted.

 

The Ministry of Defense told the MINA News Agency that the Commission will be chaired by Krapovic, its vice president will be the State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), while the members will be two representatives of the Ministry of Defense, a representative of the MFA, as well as two experts from relevant fields.

 

The Government of Croatia decided to establish its own Commission on December 17 last year, appointing Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman as its President.
