Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Certificates confirming the successful completion of the professional exam for individuals responsible for conducting out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures were awarded on Thursday at the premises of the Ministry of Economic Development.

The certificates were presented by Chairman of the Training and Examination Commission Zeljko Tomovic.

The Ministry stated in a press release that the professional training programme was carried out during the past year with the aim of strengthening the consumer protection system and improving mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution in Montenegro.

The public call for professional training was launched on 12 November 2024, in accordance with the rulebook on the programme and method of taking the exam for persons responsible for conducting these procedures.

Ten candidates applied for the professional exam, nine took the exam, while seven successfully passed and thus met the requirements to conduct procedures in this field.
