Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) finished last year with positive financial and operational results, confirming business stability and the successful implementation of strategic goals.

“The net business result amounted to €2.47 million, which is €1.9 million more compared to 2024 and €1.1 million above the planned level,” the company said in a press release.

The company said that the EBITDA result was particularly encouraging, reaching €40 million and confirming the company’s strong operational efficiency.

Total operating income amounted to €142 million.

In the investment segment, a total of €35.96 million was invested last year, approximately €8.5 million more than in 2024. 

“Activities continued on 274 previously launched investment projects, while an additional 499 projects were launched or are in the pipeline. At the level of the primary distribution network, € 6.4 million was invested through 76 projects in 35/10 kV substations and 35 kV transmission lines,” the press release reads.
