Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to preliminary statistics of the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG), the total inflow of foreign direct investments (FDI) amounted to €867.15 million the first eleven months of 2025, while the outflow totalled €413.18 million.

The latest CBCG Bulletin says that net foreign direct investments amounted to €453.97 million in the first eleven months, marginally more compared with the same period in 2024. 

“The total inflow of foreign direct investments was 8.08 percent higher than in the corresponding period,” stated the CBCG.  

The residents’ investments abroad amounted to €111.23 million, while the withdrawal of money invested in Montenegro by non-residents amounted to €301.95 million.

The FDI inflow related to the ownership investments amounted to €543.6 million, which accounts for 62.69 percent of the total inflow. Of that amount, the inflow based on the real estate investments amounted to €437.93 million, while the investments in companies and banks amounted to €105.67 million.

The FDI inflow in the form of intercompany debt amounted to €287.73 million, up 9.62 percent year on year.
