Average electricity bill amounts to €31.78 in April

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Excluding the unaccounted-for facilities that are not permanently inhabited, the average electricity bill amounted to €31.78 in March.
Elektroprivreda (EPCG) stated in a press release that the lowest average consumption of €20.15 was registered in Zabljak, while the highest average consumption in April was recorded in Kotor, where the households consumed €37.25 worth of electricity on average.
According to the power company, the bills lower than €30 were received by as 63.47 percent of the consumers, while the bills of 18.13 percent of consumers ranged between €30 and €50.
EPCG stated that 14.44 percent of consumers would pay between €50 and €100, while the electricity bills of 3.97 percent of consumers were higher than €100 in April.
Electricity consumption by households reached 112.52 million kWh in April, 20.54 percent less than in March, and 4.29 percent less than in the same period last year.
