Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Addiko Bank continues to improve the accessibility of its services by introducing a new generation of Mastercard cards with special tactile features for blind and visually impaired people.

“This innovative design, known as Mastercard Touch Card™, is now part of Addiko Bank’s regular offering for debit and credit cards for citizens,” the bank stated in a press release.

Mastercard Touch Card™ is designed to increase independence for people with visual impairments when making payments online or in stores. 

“In line with modern international standards, the cards have specific notches on the edge that allow users to easily distinguish the type of card by touch and navigate more easily when using POS terminals, ATMs, and in other situations.,” the press release reads.

According to the bank, these tactile solutions were developed to provide people with visual impairments greater independence, security, and easier financial management.
